Tell that to my waistline after
12 years of low-carb/high-protein eating. I'm 99.9999999999% sure i didn't lose 40+ pounds of water weight.
If this idea was true, i'd be dust by now.
Back to reality, you do need to drink A LOT of water. Personally, i drink about 1.5 gallons/day.
