I'm all for patient confidentiality and all of that, but if he did in fact forge his test results and knowingly performed infected and spread it without regard to anyone else, fuck him, fuck his so-called legal rights to privacy, and fuck anyone who tries to protect him or portray him as a victim in this situation.
