I eat pizza and hamburgers like everyone else, but I never eat the whole pizza, I eat a few slices and then if I still feel like eating it, another few slices 2-3 hours later. Isnt it amazing how complicated people turn weight loss into? Like as if there was some holy grail or magic thing you need to do. And people think we eat like robots on top of it.
