I am sure their long term plan would look a lot like this....
1. Eat appropriate portion sizes.
2. Do not eat/drink sugary stuff all day long.
3. Try and move your ass at least 30 minutes per day.
4. Eat more of the greens and healthy than the junk.
... just do it for longer, and consistently.
