anyone real familiar with OC3 networks?

I am setting up a few websites at OC3 networks and for some reason can't get the domain names pointed correctly to the right folders.

I have been talking to them for 2 weeks about how to get this fixed through emails and on the phone and it is still not getting fixed.

So is someone familiar with their system that might be able to point out something that could be wrong.

I find it hard to believe but I would love to check this for you on this one, jump on our 24/7 Live Help or open a ticket right now I will have someone take care of your issue.

Our system is easy to use so this must be some communication issue.

I have someone new working on it I think. It seems someone new got one of my emails and is fixing the problem for me. But if he don't take care of it I will get in touch with you right away.

I need to get back online this weekend for sure. A month of downtime pretty much killed all my traffic.

Do you know what was the issue (provided it's solved by now)?

yes the support guys were helping me all along telling me to upload everything in the appropriate folders like they already were. So I would delete the files and do it again and again and again.

I figured it must have been some quirk maybe somebody else here had dealt with since it apparently is something on the server end because it is forwarding my sites weird.

I will get ahold of you if I have any other issues and it looks like someone might have figured out the problem and I re-uploaded everything again and we will see if it is fixed.

I am in no way putting down OC3 or causing drama because everyone has been more then helpful just unable to pin down the issue so I don't want anyone to think I came here to cause a problem.
