    Where is My FUCKING FEDEX Package?

    God, people are already getting on my nerves with this holiday bullshit. FedEx sent out Wednesday the 21st well before the cutoff time. Paid extra so that it would be here at 10 fucking 30 AM this morning. Clock hits 10:30, no fucking FedEx. When 11:30 comes and goes and still not fucking FedEx, I call them and ask them "Where is My FUCKING FEDEX Package?" and the dumb bitch starts in with the excuses, "We are running a little bit late with the extra holiday volume it should be there by noon."

    Sure enough, I track it online and its not holiday volume, its because they left it sitting in fucking Memphis, TN until 4 AM this morning, then they rushed it on a plane to OKC in time to get it on the road by 8 AM when its due here by 10:30. That was real fucking bright. Then I tell her I want a credit to the account and she tries to tell me service is not guaranteed today. I said "Bull-fucking-shit. Thats not what it says on the form and thats not what I paid for. If I knew you were gonna sit on it I would have sent it out USPS Express because they would have fucking delivered it on Thanksgiving Day, though they would have charged more." Finally, dumb bitch gets her super on the phone, promises I'll get my damned refund if I call in once its finally delivered, whenever the fuck that happens to be.

    So tired of people's bullshit with holidays. The fucking holiday is over. Get back to work.

                  Glad I never worked on the phones for FedEx with people like you calling in.... is the same reason why people lose their cool when their internet goes down... big fucking deal... deal with it - theres nothing I can do, and yelling at the reop on the phone isn't going to fix the issue at all.. if anything, they won't want to do a thing to help you outside of their job description.

                          Working phones anywhere sucks... you always get the people who feel like you, personally, are somehow responsible for an error made 5000 miles away or not on your shift.

                          Best thing to do if you've been screwed, is keep civil and ask them what can be done to fix the problem, not ream out some poor girl who gets $10/hour about something she may not be able to change (especially if it's something that already happened, she probably does not possess the power of time travel no matter how much you yell).

                                      Nah, thats not my box. I was just posting an example of FedEx Failure that I found on Google. MY letter still hasn't shown up yet, and its damn near 12:30 (at which time I am going to call them again). Starting to piss me off. Its not too much to ask to do your job for two more fucking days, then Sunday will be here and they get another day off.

                                                                          good luck! They were sending a package to me in florida once from new york or somewhere and it ended up in argentina then brazil and took about a week longer than it should to arrive!
