Almost none.
The ONLY compatibility problem we had was with Quickbooks, the accounting software. For some reason we were not able to import our old Windows QB data and were told that we had to run the windows version of Quickbooks.
So what we did was install Parallels (
http://www.parallels.com/ca/) on Tracy's mac first and then Windows 7. This solved the problem. Everything else runs PERFECTLY. PER FECT LEEEE...
