I was wondering what software most of you guys are using to take screen shots for videos.

Ive downloaded like 10 programs so far and they are all crap, they either dont work or they take blurry screen shots.

I know when i buy content packs most come with screenshots and they are good quality, non blurry.

So i was wondering if anyone can tell me what most of you guys are using to take thumbs of videos?
