    My forum is so much better than GFY!!!

    But I'm not going to post a link because it be against the rules of the GFY Gods.

    My forum is mainstream (sports related and a very tight minor league niche') but it still has 5,600 members, 53,338 threads, and 1,235,239 posts. The question I have is HOW IN THE HELL DO I MAKE MONEY FROM IT!?!?!?

    It is driving me absolutely mad! I have tried AdSense and the most I have ever gotten on a good day was $373.34. That isn't bad but based on the traffic vs. click-through; it sucks a big fat throbbing dick! I understand that a forum doesn't have a lot of unique traffic but based on my reports I am getting about an equal amount of uniques vs. return IPs. I have roughly 85k-95k clicks a day but can't figure out how to make any fucking money off it! Soliciting advertisers is out of the question seeing how it is such a small niche' and even the parent league isn't willing to spend a dime on promotions.

    So if you own or run a forum and know how to make money from it please let me know! If you require payment that isn't an issue! I will be more than willing to pay for your consultation services.

      $373 a day and you're complaining? $10k a month is pretty good, you should be happy.

                  That was a RECORD DAY...nowhere near the best. That was probably a bad example. On average I'm doing about $55-$65 a day. I just used a big number to make me feel better about myself and influence how much you guys respected me.

                      forums are free to use.

                      that limits you to ----> advertising. so sell banners and stick with the adsense.

                                                              do you mean you are getting 85k pageviews a day?

                                                              How many unique visitors are you getting per day.... how much unique google traffic are you getting per day?

                                                                                              If you think you might have good advice as to where a guy is to go to monetize on such traffic and if you were willing to share at some reasonable price (or maybe in exchange for the cut from profits), I'd love to hear what you have to offer.
