Thanks. But I think these three don't offer what I am looking for.
I used to live in Germany and you can get 20mbit/s cable internet for €30 and a 30mbit/s cable line for about €40.
I know that orange.nl offers 20mbit/s adsl for €20 but the problem is that I am moving to a new house in January and they already have a dsl connection there. I don't know how fast it is though and as I understood it it gets shared by 3 other people. So I would end up with only 5mbit/s which is too slow.
Therefore I want to get myself a seperate dsl connection but I think it is not possible to have two at the same time over the phone line thus I want tv cable dsl.Comment

You can't get DSL over cable of course. It's either cable OR DSL..
You can call KPN, and have an extra line installed, and order DSL over that extra line, just for you...
