Back then, I was never impressed with Apple's technology. It seemed merely average, or below average. Nothing really all that compelling.
These days, however... they're actually creating some really awesome shit. Glad to see a company going above and beyond in terms of build quality, materials, and user experience.Comment

When I was a wee lad I drooled over the thought of owning a PowerBook.
After owning 3 shitty broken down plasticky "PC" laptops I made the leap.
3 Macbook Pro's later I'll never purchase another "PC" laptop again. My 2006 and 2009 Macbook Pro's are in the hands of family members and still work fine.
