In regards to affiliate programs ... many of them will gladly accept most any traffic that generates sales ... and it's a win win situation for them too, because if they terminate the affiliate, the program then keeps all the affiliate's earnings, plus gets 100% of signups coming though the old links, etc.
On a related note, some affiliate programs will find a way to pay highly productive shady affiliates even after account termination, which is typically more for show than reality - ie. it's easy to link / track multiple referral IDs, such as terminated ones, together discreetly behind the scenes.

I did it still takes me to Madawgz site, yes it did say "Your search returned no results..." but you are still profiting off child porn search terms and Platinumbucks is still accepting your warez traffic, which in there terms says it's against there terms.

You know how hard it is to have the script exclude certain words... should take a programmer who knows what they are doing a couple mins to set you up with an exclusion list. then you could add in your own filters like lolita, 12,13,14,15,16,17 child, molest, etc...
