yes, it's 1-1.5 pounds per person, depending on who you're feeding.

It will take 3 to 4 days to thaw a 20 lbs turkey might want to try to get one that is not frozen. GL

I got a 12 . . . if it isn't thawed by the time I wake up I will do the cold water method
