The best thing is to try and exercise quite a bit the day or two before the test. Also... I had heard taking 4 or 5 aspirin an hour before the test throws it off for some reason. Niacin tablets and someone else had mentioned cranberry juice all seem to help clean the system as well. I had random UA's, the GCMS type, randomly once a month for five years. The only time I failed was when I used the Vale's sucker punch.

eat a kitty litter sandwich, used preferably the wetter the better.
also make sure it has clumps as that works best.

please note this method only works if the bread is white.

Not sure if this works. Never tried it. But I used to piss test every month for a year and would smoke the night before using the following remedy which does what the above states.

4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of straight vinigar

Drink a cup of milk, sip some vingar. Do this till both are gone. Then drink only water until you piss test. Do this about an hour before you head to test. Drink as much water as possible. And no it will not make your stomache upset or vomit. Also don't drink any caffeine for atleast 12 hours in advance.
