Over the last few years on this board there have been dozens of instances of affiliates being reported for everything from non can spam compliant email spam to incentivized warez promotion signups to sites containing illegal content and I can't remember them ever terming the affiliate in question. They have become known as the sponsor to promote if you want to do something shady and don't want to worry about losing your account. Even in the instance above, the site/affiliate in question was reported to them on this board over two months ago and it took this thread for them to finally act. Even after they say they canned the affiliate in question here, the links are still live and taking signups as an incentive to let the surfer download illegal copyrighted material.

It was another warez affiliate earlier in the thread they stopped, however, they never have addressed this one and won't.
