You can be sued for using pics/vids by not only the models but also by the photographer/videographer.
Remember in each pic/vid there's a copyright issue and only the actual person holding the camera has the rights to those pics/vids. Unless by way of a signed contract they were transferred to another party. Work for Hire agreements are essential to creating and licensing content.
