                            well tell ya what you can bore your thieves to death telling them how we need more gun control laws and how since its just your stuff they are stealing they can go ahead and take it.

                            me? I prefer the more direct approach, I had a home invasion once when I first moved into this hood...guy thought I wasnt home because my car was in the shop and I didnt answer the door when he knocked.
                            He then proceeded to my back door where he jimmied it (sliding glass) and entered with a crowbar

                            Image his surprise when he turned the corner and there I was 12 feet away with a 45 pointed at his head

                            He was smarter than these guys though...he froze and dropped the crowbar, i made him lay opn his belly and turn his palms up, I gave him my cordless phone and dialed 911 and made him call the cops to himself

                            he complied, and the cops took him away had he not...the cops would still have taken him away...and I'd have had to repaint.

                            I live in a small community and guess what...been almost 30 years and I have yet to have another break in....word gets around huh

                            go ahead and bore yours to death...come into my house to take my shit, I dont care if its just a paper clip and I will kill you with no remorse whatsoever

                                                                                                                                                                As far as the legality of what he did, it seems that he was defending his neighbor's property rather than his own property. I'm assuming the law there is clear about whether it's legal or not. Whatever the law is, it should stick, regardless of our personal feelings about his actions.

Guy was scared but felt it was his duty to do something as the criminals were leaving and the cops were not there yet.

                                                                                                                                                                            You could go on forever with this scenario depiciting new events leading to other new events but it does blatantly seem like pointless cold blooded murder on 2 unarmed men even so and he knows it no doubt too.
