It all makes sense. Thats why Conru started talking to the press about his business, it was about positioning for an acquisition. The best way to manage Lars was to basically tie him up, gag him and keep him in a back room. Good timing, they probably saw saturation and competition on the way.
Good deal for the new owners too - 3 yrs revenue is not bad.
Lars was an asset to the company with Cams.com but his big mouth was a serious liability

Its brilliant on their part.
AFF is about as high as they going to go, they have saturated the fuck out of the market with it, the only thing left pretty much is kids who turn 18. Everyone else pretty much knows about it.
They also are getting out while they are in one piece. From what I hear they have a lot of legal issues looming and Andrew had enough forsight to get out before the shit hits the fan.
