There are many other factors and it is much more complicated than this. One of the things I feel is happening is that Asian women are more in tune with where they really stand in society due to the increased competition among women in Asia. For the most part women there are all jockeying furiously to get what they want in life and marry well before they are 25.
In contrast any white girl over a 4 thinks she is solid gold and has to be treated like a storybook princess rather than accept the reality of their situation.
Asia is a broad term too as each country has their particular complications, but this has been a part of what I have seen in my travels.
