Wouldn't call a site that only gets on average 1,300 hits a day yet is able to pay all bills and keep two full time employee's paid a fail.

I mean the layout of LilCandy, using FireFox v13.0.1.
I dont say the site is a failure, I say the branding is probably a failure as I know the site has been online for some time (2 years?) and 1300/day is extremely low number. If I owned a paysite I would send at least 4-5k a day from just tgp/tube submission on my own, not counting affiliates, type ins, link exchanges, review sites, paid ads etc.
