Well it depends on if its just setting up the blogs. If they need custom themes or anything else it'd be more. Bare minimum I'd charge is probably $500. Its not hard, just time consuming and my time is valuable.

Why not check the other thread about making 200 blogs?

Seriously... installing 100 blogs or whatever is a joke, it doesn't take long. Actually putting reasonable non-spam, relevant, original, properly linked posts into those blogs is work. 100 blogs would suggest something like 1000 posts.

Take how long it would take you, multiply it by how much you want to make an hour, and there is your price.
