From what I've seen, the hottest waitresses tend to give better than average service, because it converts to higher tips more often. I suppose if a hot waitress were pretty sure that the client wasn't going to tip well, they wouldn't provide the best service, otherwise it's pretty much constant flirting.

For me it would be the fat waitress. If she is hot and good, that is just an added bonus, but when I'm somewhere eating usually the looks of the waitress have nothing to do with how I tip.

Although a while back I went to Hooters with a buddy. Our waitress was a smoking hot Asian babe and she gave us the best service I have ever had. When I would use a paper towel and set it down she would show up out of nowhere, take the dirty towel and tear a new one off the roll for me. She did everything but feed us.

Now if I go to a bar.... I'll take hot waitress... because hey...if I really need a drink quickly, i'll go to the bar myself, but they are mostly there for eyecandy anyways...

"OK" service? They both get a decent tip, and the fat chick gets a few more bucks while the hot chick (back when I wasn't spoken for - assuming I was in the mood) would get my phone number and the offer of a free meal.
