Pour a half cup or so of ammonia down any open holes and then try to seal up them up so the fumes are trapped in there. Even if it doesn't kill it, it will drive them away from your yard.

That works better than any poison I ever tried but make sure you don't have any pets that can get to the area until the fumes have a chance to somewhat dissipate.

Yes, That was the first thing that came to mind. However, I dont exactly want to sit and wait until it resurfaces.

I would love to do this, but im scared of i open the taps outside the pipes might get damaged, because its cold as fuck outside.

On top of that, i just found out that fucking groundhogs are endangered in Poland

If they are endangered, is there an equivalent to the Animal Control divisions we have in the states? They may want to come remove it to a "safe location" where it can dig in peace, away from your place. Especially if you're in an urban area.

Just a thought.

I'm in a rural area. Sorry, endangered wasn't the word i was looking for. They are protected not endangered. There's no animal control here

I don't see why they are protected, we can just go to North America and pick up a few million of them if we want...i'm sure they won't mind.
