I had a question for them about a year ago and after sending emails to the addresses listed and getting no response I ended up looking up their phone # and calling them directly. The receptionist or whoever answered the phone told me "that is the correct email, they just don't care to respond."
I guess they don't care to respond to you either, so fuck 'em.
