Looks like a script to allow a program to offer a block of thumbs, or "fake" tgp code for webmasters to include on their pages.

Not bad and cheap too.

Actually guys it is for affiliate program owners to integrate into they partner programs. It shall work like a banner which affiliates will post to their websites but a bit more advanced. Making sense?
