    I just made beef ribs in my oven!!

    Using the broiler and Hunts hickory sauce.

    Plus beans and rice.

    Total cooking time was about 45 mins.

    Kind of greasy even though I used the drip pan.
    Still good though.
    Next time I will de-grease with paper towels before adding sauce.
