I was fucking around with him when I said it. I've had too many "foot-in-mouth" experiences in my life and would never intentionally harm another human being; physically, financially, or emotionally but I sure as hell love fucking with them about it.

I never contacted anyone and don't plan to. As a matter of fact, I posted several times that Sinatra really doesn't have anything to worry about even if Mr. Weiner views his thread. He just called the guy some names and it's no libel if its true regardless of how he presented it and in which forum.

He said the guy stiffed him. True. He called the guy fat. True (based on his picture). He called the guy cheap. True since it's an opinion which can't be used in a libel trial. And he told the guy to go fuck himself. No harm, no foul.
