Regardless, the fact that you have managed to provide a quote from an un-named source that includes the author's name, "right-wing" and Rush Limbaugh does not invalidate some of the key points made in the article.

You are correct - the US does have the most competitive economy (fexible?? it's not a measure). The US is 0.05% better than Switzerland, 0.12% better than Denmark etc - it's less than a fraction of a % ahead of the ten top competitive economies and these economies are not deep in debt and have a managed fiscal policy. That is the difference right now - debt.Comment

You know, one of the things I like about the upper class is how for as smart as they are, they still lack the understanding of very basic economic principles. They say "Aww, fuck the poor and fuck the middle class, these people exist to make me richer!" but what the upper class seems to forget so very often is that yes, while they do indeed own this huge empire of companies that makes several bazillion dollars a year in profits and yes they do sit far higher than the peons, its not the upper class that makes their profit for them. It is the poor and middle classes that faithfully every week contribute a few dollars here, a few dollars there, each and every time by buying their company's shit. So guess what happens when the poor people have no money to buy the rich people's shit? The rich people cease to be rich. It happened in the 1930s, it can and will happen again.Comment

Yes I laugh at 9/11 conspiracy threads, and I laugh at this one too. Even though Clinton arguably ran the most corrupt administration in the history of the US I strongly doubt that he or his government had anything to do with the Oklahoma bombing.
Anyways, you are free to disregard the article I posted and resume your joyful anticipation of the US suffering a complete economic meltdown.

I'm not sure if they do it for the fun of it, probably for the power trip and other shit.. but yeah, I'm pretty sure the big corporations are controlling and supressing a lot. If there was a plant that was found tomorrow and it would cure every disease, the pharmaceutical industry would not release it cause it doesn't bring in any $$ and would fuck up their revenue.
