    Epassporte - who to contact for help?

    Hello,

    I have a rather big problem with my epass account, and need to talk to someone about it. I know I can call them, but this time I would preffer ICQ or something like that.

    I sent an email to customer support a few days ago, it went without response so email is not a solution right now.

    Anyone knows whether Keyser Soze still takes care of epass problems? Or is there someone else to contact online?

                  but he changed his name to Michael O after someone complained that Keyser was a criminal/killer

Epassporte only pretends to be a legit banking institution when in fact they are nothing but a bunch of scamming asshats. The only rep they have is some guy that posts on GFY..LMAO... Your emails will not be replied to and phone calls will get answered after an hour or 2 on hold and then only by someone that cannot do anything for you other than take a fake message that will go unanswered. Sorry if this doesn't help but I am simply telling you the truth based on numerous threads regarding epassporte.

                                                  I have never been able to get any support othe than MO. He is a great guy and can help. But trying to call or get an email answered is impossible. I think the operation maybe a one man crew.

                                                                                                  It took me 5 emails and 3 weeks waiting to get a dumb response, competely not to the point.
                                                                                                  Closed my account a few months ago after someone emptied my account.
