If you run whois, he's in israel and owns like 7 sites. Stupidly he's actually listing what seems like real info in the whois.. I'd say if someone has passes on there, DMCA his ass. Israel I think resembles US in IP matters, and you should be able to pursue internationally if need be
Also if DMCA fails, the DNS he uses which I assume is also his host, prohibits pirated contentComment

Though despicable password sharing is, perhaps the way to go is to sell individual files (or smaller groups of files)? Then all you have to worry about is people copying, which exists even with passwords.Comment

A DMCA takedown isn't going to cut it for password sharing if the host is smart. The better theory would be some sort of third party inducement to breach, violation of ToS, or a violation of the DMCA's anticircumvention provisions (for which the notice and takedown procedures theoretically are not available).Comment
