For a paysite I'd go with www.gaymovies.com. Regardless of SEO, it's also better for branding and people will probably use that as a type in before the non-plural variation

No man, my niche is diff, i just wanted the advice to use sngular or plural word in paysite domain.

If you are investing any minimal effort in building a new site, then GET BOTH DOMAINS!
Choose the better sounding one as your 'primary' (the one you'll build links around etc), and have the 2nd one redirecting to your primary.

If your site is barely successful, someone else will grab the other form anyways and you'll regret you did not register it.
