Until the % of blacks living in poverty and convicted of a crime are used to adjust these statistics, we will never know the true picture. Stating a State has a high income per capita and still has a high crime rate among blacks. doesn't hold water until you adjust to the income of the convicted criminals.

Still there's a problem with Afro Caribbean people, poverty and crime. Not just in America, England has the same problem, parts of the Caribbean have a similar problem. Treating it as racial is a fallacy especially when an Afro American has achieved the highest office in the world. And there are many more great examples of similar people who have broken the cultural trends of the race.

Indians, Orientals, Jews and others have emigrated to countries around the world to get out of poverty and achieved it. What was it about their culture that helped them achieve this?

Here in Czech we have Gypsies, who tend to be living in poverty, in terrible conditions and a tendency towards crime. UK is said to be suffering from a similar problem. What is it about their culture that creates this problem?

Why isn't this man a greater example?
