While I dont necessarily disagree with much of what you say, I can't help but point out that your point here would have probably gone a lot further and carried more weight had you not initially come off like a 14 yr old.
Try to handle your complaints a little more professionally and leave off the "sucking cock" comments. It causes people to focus on how much of a tool you are rather than the message you're trying to convey.
That is a good point, but would you have even noticed me if I wasn't the WHEEL SQUEAKING LIKE I NEEDED THE OIL
Dude, it's probably me, cause I'm drinking a little now, but you're losing me and I'm not trying to be offensive cause I can't tell if you're with me or against me

I read virtually all threads about Epass, good or bad, as I try to with most noted companies within the industry.
For me it's about staying informed. So yes, I would have clicked on a thread whose title read more like: "I'm having problems with Epass AND Michael O" instead of the more childish "Epass etc SUCKS"
But whatever, you portray yourself however you want. Don't mind me. :D

Now, see if you worked for epass, we'd have a complete professional there. Me, being a humble webmaster who just wants to get his FUCKING MONEY for his sign ups, I don't have these issues. I'm sort of a simple thinking chump who just wants whats due me.
I'll let you worry about the social issues and PR matters

You being a humble webmaster?
HAHAHAHAHA that's gotta be the joke of the day.
You are rude, obnoxious, a complete brat and definitely simple thinking.
All I can say here is that, since I am contacting Michael O for epassporte issues, I have probably saved hours and hours of my time. Thanks for the great support.

Ahh, but see, this is exactly where your thinking is wrong. For one, I too am a humble webmaster. But that's not the biggest mistake. No, your biggest mistake is in thinking you are but a humble webmaster thus there is no need for you to conduct yourself in a professional manner or at the very least a bare semblance of intelligence when dealing with business issues such as this.
Why is it a mistake? Simple. Because down the road when it becomes more conducive to your business to network with others in this industry and on these boards a lot more than it may be necessary for you now, what will guys like you do when you find out no one worth a shit wants anything to do with you?
"Oh poor me, why does no one want to join my program?"... "Why does no one want to buy my _____?"... "Why doesn't anyone take me seriously??"

Look to threads like this for the answer.
And get a clue.
Look, it's like this. If you're going to deal with me, give me what I'm paying for because I'll do the same for you.
That's all I expect. Then I'm a professional. Otherwise other things are brought out in me. Don't expect professionalism returned if you can't deliver it, and just talking nice doesn't make someone a professional
I expect the product to do what it says it will do
