Just because someone is into feet, doesn't mean that is their only fetish. They could also be into tickling, breasts, teens, fem-dom or some other sub-niche. That doesn't describe me, but I do know there are different degrees of fetish. There are have many Men's articles about foot fetishes, and the percentage is something like 50% of men are into legs and feet, but just because they are into one, doesn't mean the other. But I digress...
Not everyone has an overwhelming foot fetish, where feet is the only thing they want. You make a valid point.

Depends on many factors.
Most monolith foot sites, I would never join. They treat the foot part like an annoyance so they can get to the sex. It's nothing new, been like that for years. Those sites and clip stores I prefer, as well as the stuff I shoot, is more about focus on the feet/fetish.
