My family owns a candy store, and I think some of the answers in this thread are fucking hilarious. While I do eat some Hershey's stuff (always a sucker for Reese's Peanut Butter Cups), Hershey's and Wilbur both suck in terms of quality of chocolate.

Nestle's probably throws a lot of people for a loop here, as many people think of them simply in the terms of Nestle Crunch Bars and shit like that. But Nestle actually produces various grades of chocolates...unfortunately many people aren't aware of their higher quality productions.

Some quality chocolates have been named, while others are just shit. "Dark" chocolate is also the true chocolate, as was mentioned. Milk chocolate is essentially diluted chocolate for pussies who can't handle it's full glory.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
      think about that

The Belgians and Italians make the best chocolate by far.

My fav is Galler 70%. The guy was the first on the market with 70% and owns a patent on a machine that basically turns the beans into dust. It's the creamiest dark chocolate you'll ever try:
