hosting companies - who wants a new customer?

im at the end of my rope with my current host. hardware failures, non responsive sales team, etc...

looking for a 50mbit dedicated server, im open to various server specs, even bandwidth. if your sales/tech support dont answer emails and icqs, dont bother replying. thanks

call me a nice guy, but even after all the bullshit ive gone through in the last two months, im still not comfortable with 'outing' them on gfy. why is it that after the one year mark, all forms of support seem to go to shit?

just over a year being with them, and as far as i know, theyre a pretty big company. support has always been very quick to tackle problems - the issue there is that there's SO MANY problems to begin with. sales on the other hand... well, they just flat out don't reply. maybe they're hoping jedi mind tricks will keep me around as a customer, i have no idea

keep em coming....

so my issue tonight... i'm on live chat to find out why all uploaded media from the last 8 days is missing. 1 hour in chat and there's no resolution. i ask them to call me when they've figured it out and support staff agrees. 2 hours go by, no phone call, no email. 90 minutes ago i send off another support ticket, pop into live chat 2x... crickets.
