The US pretends to dislike the channel, in the same way as the West pretends to dislike Julian Assange/Wikileaks. It's all part of the game.
It's no coincidence that Al Jazeera's bias is the same as CNN, BBC and Co. Whereas Russia today, they clearly are the opposition, they support Syria, as do China's news channels.
