    How to produce a pay-site?

So far I only have a TGP, and a mediocre one at that. I only just started web design this year, and I'm still learning the basics. My bosses want me to create a pay-site for our first model pretty soon. I honestly have no idea where to start.

Any tips on what billing company, software, advertising- anything at all- would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to find a kind soul who can show me the ropes.

We do have a lawyer we can consult, but we have a paper-thin budget, and I have very little experience in adult content.

    THANKS in advance gfy!

Just say no and save yourself the time... If you can't grow a TGP, a paysite is going to be 100x harder...

a paysite is easy to start... having it convert ok to good is another thing though... but setting it all up with regular non exclusive content can be done in a day or two...

if i were you i would pay someone to help you through it though.

Well with the production of my site solo site, it was serious stressful nightmare, of flying in to do photo shoots, trying to cram in 12 scenes in a week, and booking performers and studios, and picking up me up at the airport, and groceries and a few nights out at a restaurant. hair, make-up, nails, wardrobe, toys, vibrators, you really don't factor in the small details of making a solo site for a model.

and of course detail with the model if your going to make a solo site based on them. and then their issues, then decided on web design, what type of content your going to have the site, if there is going to be webcam shows to even process that of what webcam software to have is a headache in it self, then servers stuff I am not sure how that part works but from what I have noticed it's a lot of waiting around on other people since they are hiring people from outside north America.

you can try to do the whole solo model site thing, but it is really worth the sleepless nights, ulcers, and headaches, and shooting pain in your body.

for me i wouldn't want to have it any other way, but knowing how much work is ivovled in creating my site I appreciate it even more.

Get in touch with Mansion to get a license for MPA3 and MAS. MPA3 will get you all the affiliate functionality you want and MAS will give you an awesome CMS (Content Management System).

Hit up Netbilling or CCBill... whichever works best for your needs and get billing setup.

Um, get content, some designs, domains... stir it a little at medium heat, let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy.

            1. Create a members area
            2. Design a tourpage
            3. Use ccbill for billing in the beginning. It's free, and it is easier to get new affiliates
            4. Add loads of content. Both pics and movies.

            5. Then you need to create promomaterial. FHG's, MHG's, feeds, banners
