Guess what? More people need to judge...not fewer. This is the very reason we are now living in a society overrun with apathetic, narcissistic twats who think the world owes them something. No one stands up anymore and says "hey, stop being a fucking idiot and sit down". Instead, everyone is taught they are special, they are unique, they are gifted, they are all super intelligent in their own way and anyone who disagrees is then conveniently viewed as treating them unfairly.
Thanks to people like you and those the OP posted about, we now live in a nation suffering from American Idol Syndrome where people with ZERO talent or ability to sing are totally baffled and confused when a panel of experts tells them they are not singers .. and you can see that's the first time in their life that someone has told them the truth or been honest with them.
Their response? To be angry at the one telling them the truth.
