    DWHS Inc. Hosting.. What is wrong?!?!

    You don't answer your phone.
    You don't answer tickets.
    You don't answer online chat help.
    You don't answer Skype.

    My programs & sites are down. E-mails can not be checked.

    Please contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!

          They generally get back to you within 24 hours, I used to host with them when I started out.

                              If it's the same as when I was there a few years back:-

                              - The prices are good

                              - The staff helpful and friendly

                              - Up-time was good (apart from one exception when a former employee destroyed their servers, the backups were a few weeks out of date but I had my own so that was ok)

                              - They have a support guy who comes in every day for a couple of hours. As long as you know when he comes in you can keep him there until he sorts out the problem. So my tip is to work out what time he comes in and make sure he gets the problem completely fixed there and then, otherwise you'll be pinging emails and waiting 24 hours for the next response.

                              Overall a good host for certain types of website
