With cell towers as abundant as street lights why do cell phones drop calls more now than they ever did?

or there is the million dollar answer to these questions and that is that cell towers don't exist, and planes are not poisoning us slowly they are just dropping vitamins in the air for us to ingest and increase our life spans.
