Convert Paypal USD to GBP or EURO?

With weakness of the USD, should you be converting funds to GBP or EURO?

Only two options - which is the stronger currency long term?

GBP is getting higher at a stronger rate than the euro so GBP but unless you earn in GBP it isn't worth it.

Why not? You could always convert back into USD or Euro later on and make a small profit.
