                      I am 33, eat 12 lbs of sugar a day, smoke and used to do ecstasy 5 nights a week while heavily grinding my teeth. I have flossed maybe 10 times in my life (still can't figure out how to do it). I brush my teeth after a shower, which is usually when I wake up. That's all. I don't use mouthwash.

                      Never had a cavity or anything else wrong with my teeth. Hell, I still have my wisdom teeth.

                              careful with diabetes man, or any other problems, why eat that much sugar and why so much ectassy, only with 2 x's in a night i cant sleep like for 3 days!

                                      Seems like a waste. After the first two nights your seratonin has to be completely depleted, after that you're basically just tripping.

                                                              Heard about this stuff over 10 years ago, says it's been in trials for 7+... ought to work. Though I use one of those electric brushes once a day and I haven't been near a dentist in 15 years, teeth are fine. If you don't let shit accumulate on them they're mostly going to be ok.

                                                              Plenty of work for dentists still, with wisdom teeth, cleft palates, teeth whitening and cosmetics and putting kids teeth into alignment...
