I am 33, eat 12 lbs of sugar a day, smoke and used to do ecstasy 5 nights a week while heavily grinding my teeth. I have flossed maybe 10 times in my life (still can't figure out how to do it). I brush my teeth after a shower, which is usually when I wake up. That's all. I don't use mouthwash.
Never had a cavity or anything else wrong with my teeth. Hell, I still have my wisdom teeth.
