Seems like it and since they appear to use the same dns servers for their own site as they do for their customers sites, customers can't get any support cause their site don't load.

well they are supposed to be geographically separated but Monikers for example were not for many years. Also even when they are I think if something is wrong with the records uploaded to all of them from a central source they would all fail.Comment

And that has always been my biggest gripe with them. I purchased a domain that was registered with them and it was like pulling teeth to get it transferred out. Combined with the fact that apparently there was only one person in the entire world that could get anything done, I could never understand why so many people used them.Comment
