They make it especially hard to get listings removed with an arms-length DMCA requirement. Plus they post takedown requests on Chilling Effects, which, in the name of transparency, I think is meant to reduce the amount they get. And if the original filelocker links were deleted, replaced, modified since you'd submitted the report, they do nothing and write back that the complaint is inaccurate. "Don't be evil" and all that, clearly.
