Code is not even copyright. You can basically go take someones entire source code off of a webpage and there's nothing they can do about it. The only thing that can be copyright when it comes to source code for the web is very specific code designed to perform very specific actions.Comment

I'm not bitching about the color it's just the fact of the domain is very close to mine and the text on the top of the page is very similar to mine. Just reminds me of Coming To America where the guy owned McDougals. Pink's Reviews - Mr. Pink' Reviews. Could be a bit misleading.

Creatives and images are copyright protected. Just make sure your site has good images and slices and your good to go...
Copying text is crap... no one is going to buy anything from that site. Looks like a blog that someone just hurled all over.
Every once in awhile my traffic spikes to unreal levels... like 50-70Mb/sec, which means someone is trying to mirror my site... its funny, because all the link codes in the galleries are hardcoded and they would need to rebuild the affiliate links in all the galleries, which would take way too much time than it's worth... I've been building and maintaining that site for 4 years... theres no way someone ripping it in 20 minutes can rebuild it all... i'm always changing it.i like wafflesComment
