    ?Liberty will assist in providing some public relations help for Oron in order to minimize the chance of other lawsuits being brought against it. This shall include, disingenuous as it may be, public statements that we are convinced that Oron does have DMCA protection.?

          Liberty will explain to these other parties that Oron is a good company and always ready to cooperate with content creators.
          So Liberty Media / Corbin Fisher will lie to everyone, and Oron goes about their business, renaming the files and being the pricks they always have been. Nice.

                                          It looks like if this settlement happens, Oron is going to throw its users under the bus and help Liberty go after individuals who pirated using Oron's services. That should make them popular with the pirate crowd LOL

                                              So Oron offers them 50K payment, and to be "non-profit" Liberty media's "affiliate" by redirecting their links up until LM makes 400K and THEN Oron becomes their 50/50 rev-share affiliate. NICE !!! No wonder this business is so fucked.
