                  Well actually, I'm talking about NIGER,
                  which has the populace of Nigeriens.

                  While NIGERIA or NIGER AREA, as it started out,
                  has the population of Nigerians.

                  Area in French is basically pronounced IA.
                  The actual mafia would know the distinction.
