I would presume first the country must have no taxes. So, that narrows it down dramatically.

Here are the ONLY things I'm forced to do:
1) Once every 10 years I have to renew my passport.
2) Once every year I have to get a new visa to legally live where I'm at.
3) Once a year I have to file a few pieces of paper to the US government to show them I don't owe them any money.
4) When I fly, I have to walk through a security check-point that has a metal detector, and my luggage gets scanned as well.

actually I have a full and rich life of family, art, love ..as for what I am personally doing..I'm taking precautions to be self sufficient w/ food.water power..I cant be 100% on my own but I will out last most of you..I can only tell you what I feel and how I think..could I be wrong and nothing "drastic happens" ..its is YOUR own interpretation of how drastic something needs to be in order for your mind to kick into a "change mode" which comes with fear and survival...
